Home Story Visuals is operated by Sky Eye Films LLC. Included are our Terms of Service
We at Sky Eye Films want you to be a Raving Fan of what we do. This includes creating brilliant imagery, being really easy to do business with and having simple contracts that govern our work. Here are a few things you need to know about how we do business.
1. You will be sent previews of our imagery for your approval. If everything meets with your approval, submit your payment and downloads will begin.
2. For new clients, first payment is due upon scheduling. You may elect to reschedule your appointment at any point up to 24 hours in advance of the appointment without penalty. Appointments rescheduled or cancelled within the 24 hour window in advance of the appointment will be charged a fee of $99. Thereafter for subsequent appointments, payment is due upon receipt. Unless you have made separate arrangements with us, your images will be unlocked and downloadable after your payment in full has been received. Payments not received within 7 days will be subject to a 10% late fee. Delivery of our images where no further communications occurs will be considered final after 7 days.
3. Upon payment in full, you receive non-exclusive rights of usage with the specific exclusion of the rights of re-sale or re-use by any other 3rd party. These rights include any still photo, video, clip, optical data capture or media that Sky Eye Films captures. If you require exclusive rights to media we create or wish to re-sell or re-use our media, new pricing and guidelines will exist.
4. Files are generally delivered in JPG or MOV format. Delivery of RAW images will effect final pricing.
5. Media delivered in physical form like hung artwork, disks or drives is subject to additional tax. All project that include video are also subject to tax.
6. Travel charges may be required for some shoot locations outside of our standard service area.
7. Still imagery is delivered within 24 hours, standard video delivery time is 48 hours with the exception of longer projects where we have stated a different delivery date. In the event of an unforeseen delay, we will actively communicate with you to remedy the situation.
8. For some photo shoots, a deposit may be required. In the event of a customer cancellation, this deposit is non-refundable.
9. Sky Eye Films is proud to offer our customers our Not One Dime Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our work, you don't pay...not one dime (deposits not included). We want all our customers to love what we do.
10. For video projects, one round of edits are included. The addition of new footage or changes to the script will result in fees over and above our original estimate. Any other edits subsequent to the original edit requests will require additional post production charges. All edit requests must be made in writing.
11. Sky Eye Films makes use of music and sound effects for which is has permission to use. Royalties for the use of popular music as well as stock imagery or video will be paid by the client.
12. Sky Eye Films is a certified FAA unmanned aerial systems operator and will operate according to the rules governed by the FAA. Some locations may be unavailable for aerial photos or video and in the event that special permissions are required, client agrees to allow suitable time to acquire such permissions (often more than 90 days).
13. Home Story Visuals and Sky Eye Films thinks that privacy is important. We will not sell your personal data to anyone at anytime. By submitting your information to us, you agree to be sent announcement, marketing material, service updates, billing notices or other company information. You may request to opt out of marketing messages by choosing to unsubscribe at any time.
